 1 Complete set of technology and equipment for super large mining height and intelligent fully mechanized mining:

 

The complete set of technology and equipment for intelligent fully mechanized caving mining with super large mining height of 7m extra-thick hard coal seam was successfully developed. A fully-mechanized caving mining theory based on increasing the height of mechanical mining, improving caving and high-strength support, constraining the stability of coal walls and top coal fracture, and creating a coordinated mining space as the core is formed. . It solves the problem of mining the full-thickness at one time for the extra-thick, hard top coal and good integrity seams in the Ordos-Yulin area. Won the special prize for scientific and technological progress of China Coal Industry Association.

 

2 Safe and intelligent mining technology for coal and oil-type gas symbiosis mining area:

 

Major breakthroughs have been made in key technologies for safe and intelligent mining in coal-oil-type gas symbiosis mining areas. It is the first time that the coal-bearing strata and the distribution and emission rules of oil-type gas in the mining disturbance zone are revealed. 3 Intelligent mining technology based on spatio-temporal geographic information system:

 

Progress has been made in intelligent mining technology for working faces based on spatio-temporal geographic information systems. Realize the adaptive coal cutting based on unified coordinate drive, 3D geological model and dynamic correction. It explores practical and feasible technical paths for intelligent and adaptive mining in relatively complex conditions.

 

4 Release of 5G communication private network for mining:

 

The 5G communication private network for underground coal mines was released and began to enter the stage of large-scale commercial use. Important progress has been made in the construction of 5G+ intelligent coal mines. The 5G+ intelligent coal mine giant system architecture is proposed. A platform (intelligent management and control platform), a network (5G converged communication network), a cloud (enterprise cloud big data), a view (4D-GIS) and ten major application systems have been formed. Take "intelligent production decision control + robot operation" as the realization path.

 

5 Intelligent coal mine complex giant system construction:

 

Important progress has been made in the construction of Zhangjiamao's intelligent coal mine complex giant system. Application of 5G high-speed communication technology, 4D-GIS system, rapid excavation technology based on laser navigation, auxiliary transportation unmanned technology, etc. Realize the systematic improvement of mine intelligence level. 831 sets of equipment realize closed-loop control of the entire production chain, and the production staff per shift is reduced from 69 to 26.

 

6 Research on Digital Model and Basic Theory of Intelligent Coal Mine:

 

New results have been achieved in the research of intelligent coal mine digital models and basic theories. The multi-source information fusion architecture of the intelligent coal mine complex giant system supported by the 3D virtual simulation system is proposed. A prediction mechanism centered on second-order data analysis and reasoning of mining behavior and a dynamic decision model driven by prior knowledge are constructed. The following adaptive control (AMFC) method of mining equipment group model under the influence of time-varying multiple factors is given. A method for evaluating the health of the mining equipment system based on the combined weighting method and a "safety-efficiency" two-layer maintenance decision-making mechanism have been formed. Innovated the technical theory system for the coupling control of the surrounding rock environment and the production system and the guarantee of safe and stable operation.

According to preliminary calculations, compared with automobile transportation, annual energy saving is 189,000 tons of standard coal, and carbon dioxide emissions are reduced by 605,000 tons. Compared with trains, it saves 63,000 tons of standard coal annually and reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 106,000 tons. The total length of the pipeline is 727 kilometers, starting from Hongliulin Coal Mine in Shenmu City in the north, to Pujie Energy and Chemical Company in Pucheng County in the south, and then branching to Weihua Company and Shanhua Company. It passes through 18 counties (districts), 83 townships and 411 villages in 4 cities of Yulin, Yan'an, Xi'an and Weinan. It is designed to transport 10 million tons of raw coal per year, and the service life is 30 years.

 

9 The first domestic shaft boring machine was officially put into operation:

 

The first domestic shaft tunneling machine "Jinshajiang No. 1" was officially put into operation, with a drilling diameter of 5.8m. This is the first shaft boring machine developed on the basis of the national "863 Program" project. The operation methods of traditional drilling and blasting well sinking, large drilling rigs, and raise drilling rigs have been changed. The degree of mechanization and automation is higher.
