Recently, Shendong Coal Group participated in the design and research and development. The first batch of the second set of 8.8-meter ultra-large mining height hydraulic supports supporting the 1-2 coal in the fourth panel of the Shangwan Coal Mine has been installed and shipped to the Shendong Shangwan Coal Mine.
In the assembly workshop, 10 sets of 8.8m super large mining height hydraulic supports have all been installed and are being delivered. The staff told reporters that the second set of 8.8m super large mining height hydraulic supports totaled 132 units. The first batch will be delivered to the mining area at the end of December 2020, and 10 units will be delivered. After the New Year's Day holiday, everyone began to work overtime to assemble. Now all assembly is complete. The rest of the equipment is still being delivered and installed.
It is understood that the 8.8-meter ultra-large mining height hydraulic support has a supporting range of 4 meters to 8.8 meters. The working resistance is 26,000 kN and the center distance is 2.4 meters. The support strength is 1.71-1.83 MPa, and the support uses high-strength double telescopic columns. The support height, working resistance, and support center distance of this set of hydraulic supports are consistent with the first set. The difference is that the second set of 8.8m super-high mining height hydraulic support was designed in accordance with the site usage. Adjustments and optimizations have been made in the hydraulic system, protection structure, push rod structure and other structural strength.
Yezhong Yang of the Adjustment Department of Shendong Equipment Management Center told reporters that after the successful commissioning of the equipment, it will help Shangwan Coal Mine to enter a new stage of development faster, higher and better. At the same time, it provides a more comprehensive technical basis and reference experience for safe and efficient mining of extra-thick seams in underground coal mines under similar conditions.
