It is understood that the KT659 released this time, the world's first high-reliability 5G private network system for mining, was independently designed and developed by Shandong Energy Group Beidou Tiandi Co., Ltd. It mainly includes 5G core network for mining, 5G base station, 5G base station controller, 5G high reliability controller, 5G edge computing controller, 5G CPE, 5G smart phone, etc. It can be widely used in extremely harsh coal mine production control scenarios. It has successfully obtained the "safety mark certificate" of the national 5G system for mining, and has been deployed in Shandong Energy Group Baodian Coal Mine and Dongtan Coal Mine, achieving efficient and stable operation . 

 

KT659's world's first high-reliability 5G private network system for mining has four major characteristics. One is the independent operation of the private network, that is, the 5G core network for mining is directly deployed in the mine ground machine room. Unaffected by the operator's network, it forms a complete and independently operable private network with underground mining equipment to ensure information security; the second is a layered ring network, that is, the 5G core network for surface mining and underground mines Ring networking is used between the base station controllers, between the 5G core network for ground mining and the 5G base station controller of the underground mine network, and between the underground base station controller and the underground mine network 5G base station controller, which improves the operational reliability; The third is the balance of multiple parameters, that is, the network security, transmission speed, system delay, coverage distance and other factors are fully considered to improve the practicality of the private network system; the fourth is the sinking of the control plane and the user plane, that is, the 5G core network control plane network The network element sinks into the well. Realize independent operation of key scenarios, and independently split the 5G core network user network into the underground to realize the instant forwarding of underground data.

 

Not only that, compared with other 5G products for mining, the 5G private network system for mining has the advantages of small size and light weight, and it can be easily deployed in various key scenarios in coal mines. Moreover, domestically-made parts are used, which reduces the dependence on foreign parts and improves the degree of independent control of equipment.
