Recently, People's Daily published an article titled "70% of In-Operation Coal Mines in Inner Mongolia Have Completed Intelligent Construction, and Intelligent Coal Mine Construction Leads the New Era of Green and Efficient Development", focusing on the progress of intelligent coal mine construction in Inner Mongolia and highlighting the first large-scale intelligent coal preparation plant in an open-pit mine in China. Among them, the first data standard system for a 10 million-ton coal preparation plant independently developed by Beijing Huayu of China Coal Technology & Engineering Group was successfully applied to this project, providing a replicable benchmark example for the intelligent transformation of the industry.

As the core of the intelligent coal preparation plant construction, this data standard system has broken down the data barriers between production and management by establishing a standardized management framework covering the entire data life cycle, including data collection, metadata management, storage and service, achieving cross-system data integration and efficient invocation, and promoting a dual breakthrough in production quality improvement and business efficiency enhancement. By establishing unique codes and multi-level terminology norms, building a standardized dictionary including professional terms such as process, control, and quality, and formulating data naming and metadata standards, the retrieval efficiency and sharing value have been enhanced, and the data connection from the factory level to the group level has been achieved. By integrating data from the entire business chain, including equipment control, production scheduling, safety and environmental protection, and business analysis, and fusing real-time monitoring and historical data through a unified interface, a multi-source heterogeneous data fusion warehouse is formed, eliminating cross-system and cross-level data barriers. The intelligent platform innovatively developed by the system integrates visualization tools and decision-making models, achieving in-depth transformation of data resources into scenarios such as production optimization, quality control, and business decision-making. It forms a data asset operation model, effectively supporting group control and digital transformation.
