On June 3rd, Xi 'an Research Institute held the kick-off meeting for the "Work Safety Month" campaign in 2025. Du Yaobo, the Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board, attended the meeting and delivered a mobilization speech.
The meeting conveyed and studied the spirit of the speech delivered by Zhang Guoqing, a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Vice Premier of The State Council, at the launch ceremony of the 2025 National "Work Safety Month" campaign. It organized the participants to watch the theme promotional video of the 2025 National "Work Safety Month" campaign together and publicized the "Work Safety Month" campaign plan of Xi 'an Research Institute in 2025. A ceremony for taking the oath of safety production and signing the commitment of the theme banner was held.
Second, we need to deepen our understanding of the theme of the Safety Month activities, highlighting the theme of "Everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to deal with emergencies, and identify potential safety hazards around us", with the aim of popularizing it among all staff, and resolutely achieve "prevention before problems occur". Third, it is necessary to ensure that the "Work Safety Month" activities achieve practical results, continuously enhance employees' safety awareness and operational skills, and turn safety behaviors into the voluntary actions of the staff.
The meeting emphasized that first, all units and departments should act promptly and ensure implementation. In strict accordance with the requirements of the activity plan, and in light of the actual situation of the department, we will meticulously organize and carefully arrange to ensure that all activities are implemented effectively. Second, we must solidify responsibilities and build a solid defense line. We must always remain vigilant about safety in production, strictly implement the requirements of "three musts for three managesses", layer by layer, solidify the chain of responsibility, comprehensively investigate and rectify risks and hidden dangers, and resolutely hold the bottom line of safety in production. Third, all staff should participate to create an atmosphere. Actively participate in all the activities of the "Work Safety Month" and jointly create a strong cultural atmosphere of "caring for life and paying attention to safety".
