The technology of megawatt level high-pressure and high flow fracturing pump station for mining has successfully developed an efficient and reliable fracturing pump system through innovative design, solving the problems of insufficient pressure and long operation cycle of traditional equipment, significantly improving the efficiency and safety of underground operations. At present, this technology has been promoted and applied in multiple large coal enterprises, effectively optimizing roof management and gas extraction efficiency, and helping to improve the safety and efficiency of coal mine production.

The intelligent control system of the 5G communication architecture for the fully mechanized mining face has achieved deep integration of 5G technology with coal mine equipment, realizing intelligent joint control and real-time perception of multiple devices in the working face, significantly reducing the number of underground workers, and significantly improving work efficiency. It has greatly improved the production efficiency and safety benefits of the coal mine working face, and enhanced the reliability and intelligence of the control system.

The programmable control development platform technology for comprehensive mining equipment addresses the low development efficiency of traditional control systems. Through intelligent technology optimization, it achieves rapid response and stable operation of equipment in extreme environments, promoting the upgrading of underground equipment towards intelligence and standardization. At present, this technology has been applied in multiple key coal mines, injecting new impetus into industry technological innovation.
