On April 24-25, Wang Yougang, Secretary of the Party General Branch and Executive Director of the Planning Institute, and Zhu Shuancheng, Deputy General Manager, were invited to attend the Second Meeting of the 5th Council of the Informationization Branch of the China Coal Industry Association and the Second Coal Industry Big Model Technology Application Seminar.

Zhu Shuancheng and Chen Jie, Vice Chairman of CITIC Union, respectively signed strategic cooperation agreements on behalf of both parties. According to the agreement, the two sides reached strategic cooperation on digital transformation standard implementation and star rating evaluation, digital transformation consulting services, digital related standard formulation and promotion, digital transformation talent certification and training, etc., jointly promoting the implementation of national policies and standards in the industry, and promoting the digital transformation and high-quality development of the coal industry.

At the meeting, Wang Hongqiao and Wang Yougang jointly issued evaluation grade certificates for the first batch of middling coal Technology and Industry Xi'an Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanxi Tiandi Wangpo Coal Industry Co., Ltd., and Beijing Tianma Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. that participated in the evaluation of the maturity of digital transformation of coal industry enterprises. Guo Jianli, President of the Digital and Economic Branch of the Planning Institute, represented the evaluation agency and provided a detailed introduction to the process of evaluating the maturity of digital transformation of coal industry enterprises from four main stages: application and acceptance of participating enterprises, pre evaluation, formal evaluation, and confirmation and release of evaluation results.

After this meeting, under the guidance of the Informationization Branch of the China Coal Industry Association, the Planning Institute will officially launch the evaluation of the maturity of digital transformation of coal industry enterprises and the star rating evaluation of digital transformation maturity, using evaluation as the starting point to create a new model of digital transformation in the service industry, and contribute the wisdom and strength of the Planning Institute to the improvement of the digital level of the coal industry.
