On April 28th, Li Hengchao, Deputy Mayor of Liupanshui City, and his delegation visited China Coal Science and Technology Corporation to discuss and exchange ideas on further deepening cooperation between the central and local governments. Fan Shaogang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of China Coal Science and Technology Corporation, and Zhou Jun, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, attended the meeting.

Li Hengchao introduced the basic situation of economic and social development and energy industry development in Liupanshui City. He pointed out that Liupanshui is vigorously building a new energy base, an important national resource deep processing base, and a coal supply guarantee center in the southwest region. China Coal Science and Technology Corporation has provided strong assistance to the development of the coal industry in Liupanshui City, and the two sides have maintained a good cooperative relationship. He hopes that both sides will continue to deepen exchanges and cooperation, and jointly promote the high-end, intelligent, and green development of the coal power industry in Liupanshui City.

Fan Shaogang welcomed the arrival of Li Hengchao and his delegation, expressed gratitude for the support and assistance provided by the Liupanshui Municipal Party Committee and Government over the years, and introduced the basic situation of China's coal science reform and development in recent years.
