This product achieves independent control over key technologies for core industrial cleaning components, successfully breaking foreign monopolies. "In the machining of precision components like mining valve bodies, traditional manual deburring is inefficient, costly, and struggles to guarantee consistent quality. Varying worker experience can easily lead to either 'burr residue' or 'valve body damage'," explained a Tiandi-MineSmart Control R&D engineer. Addressing this common industry challenge, Tiandi-MineSmart Control cross-applied the high-pressure fluid supply technology from its intelligent underground coal mine fluid supply systems, launching this industrial high-pressure plunger pump to achieve "using water as the blade" for precise burr removal.

With a maximum fluid supply pressure exceeding 50MPa and a flow rate of 31L/min, this pump leverages stable high-pressure output to penetrate complex internal channels of valve bodies, achieving a burr removal rate of over 99%. Compared to traditional methods, its efficiency is significantly higher, and it fundamentally reduces metal waste generation, truly paving a new path for water-as-blade green cleaning.

"The successful development of this high-pressure cleaning pump marks a significant breakthrough in the cross-application of intelligent fluid supply technology from the coal mining sector to non-coal fields," the R&D personnel noted. Targeting industry pain points like complex deep holes, internal cavities, and deburring in metal processing, high-pressure water cleaning can replace traditional manual methods, efficiently removing flashes and micro-burrs. This enhances cleaning quality while avoiding damage to the workpiece.

As the power core of industrial cleaning systems in smart factories, this pump offers high reliability and long-term stable output capability. It can continuously provide high-pressure fluid over 50MPa, ensuring thousands of hours of fault-free operation for cleaning production lines, thereby robustly supporting the sustained, efficient operation of automated production lines. In terms of applications, the product is widely suitable for high-precision cleaning needs in metal machining industries such as transmission control and hydraulics/pneumatics. It can also be used for cleaning tasks in industrial scenarios like coal mining equipment and coal bunkers, providing green and efficient cleaning solutions across multiple fields.
