The meeting thoroughly studied and implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on scientific and technological innovation and the spirit of important speeches at the National Science and Technology Awards Conference, the Academician Conference of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the 11th National Congress of the China Association for Science and Technology.
